Terms of Service

NoorVPN provides an encrypted virtual private network, client software for supported platforms (Windows today; Linux and iOS in development), a web dashboard, cryptocurrency billing, optional referral programme, and customer support via email and Discord.

Features, server locations, protocols (WireGuard and OpenVPN), and pricing may change as we improve the network. Material reductions to paid features will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

The VPN tunnel uses modern encryption (including AES-256-GCM). We publish current plan lengths and prices on our website and in the dashboard before you pay. Registration does not require an email address.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract under applicable law. You confirm that information you provide (including payment details you choose to share with support) is accurate and that you will keep your credentials secure.

You may not use the service if you are barred under applicable sanctions or export-control laws. You are responsible for ensuring VPN use is lawful in your jurisdiction.

NoorVPN uses an anonymous account number (format NOORVPN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) and a 6-digit PIN instead of a traditional email-and-password login at signup. You receive the account key once and must store it offline. Recovery requires a paid invoice ID as described in the dashboard recovery flow — without it, we cannot restore access by design.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your account number, PIN, or WireGuard exports with third parties unless you intend them to use your subscription. Notify support@noorvpn.com if you suspect abuse. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud or violations of these Terms.

Up to three simultaneous device connections are included per subscription unless we publish a different limit. Remove unused devices in the dashboard to free slots.

You may use NoorVPN only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Distribute malware, spam, or illegal content; attack or probe networks without authorisation; harass others; violate export control or sanctions laws; use the service to commit crimes; or circumvent technical limits (device caps, payment limits) through automation or multiple fraudulent accounts.

High-volume automated scraping, torrenting of copyrighted material without rights, or activities that harm our infrastructure or other users are prohibited. We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement when legally required, limited to data we actually hold under our Privacy Policy (we do not possess VPN browsing logs).

Plans are offered on a prepaid basis — typically 30 days, 3 months, or 6 months — as shown at checkout. Prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable taxes where stated at checkout. Three simultaneous device connections are included.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew by card (we do not accept cards); you purchase each period explicitly with cryptocurrency or approved vouchers. Expiry dates are visible in the dashboard.

We accept cryptocurrency through designated processors. Supported assets and networks (BTC, ETH, TRX, USDT, LTC, SOL, and others shown at checkout) may change. You are responsible for sending the correct amount on the correct network. Underpayments or wrong assets may delay or prevent activation; mistaken transfers to wrong networks may be irreversible.

Payment confirmation times depend on blockchain confirmations and processor status. We do not store card data. You may have at most three open pending payment sessions at once; complete or wait for expiry before creating additional checkouts.

Optional referral programme terms are shown in the dashboard. Commissions apply to qualifying purchases through your link or code. Self-referral, fraud, or manipulation voids earnings and may terminate your account. Payout timing and minimums are described in-app and may be updated with notice.

Paid periods run for the term you purchased. Cancel anytime in Dashboard → Billing to prevent future purchases you initiate manually; we do not charge recurring card debits. Access continues until the end of the already-paid period after cancellation.

Refunds are provided only where mandatory under UK consumer law, where required by applicable regulations, or if we expressly agree in writing. Cryptocurrency payments are generally final once activated. Contact billing with invoice ID within 14 days of a demonstrable duplicate charge or system error. Chargeback abuse or false dispute claims may lead to permanent closure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory rights that cannot be waived for consumers in the United Kingdom.

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, upgrades, third-party outages, DDoS events, or force majeure may cause downtime or reduced performance.

Scheduled maintenance is announced on status.noorvpn.cc when possible at least 24 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may occur without notice. Streaming compatibility with third-party platforms is not guaranteed.

Our Privacy Policy and No Log VPN Policy explain data practices, including our No Logs approach to VPN traffic. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

NoorVPN name, logos, software, documentation, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the client for personal use during an active subscription. You may not copy, modify, sublicense, reverse engineer, or resell the service except where law expressly permits.

The service may link to or integrate third parties (Discord, Cloudflare Turnstile, payment processors, status pages, app stores). We are not responsible for their content, availability, or terms. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their policies.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement where allowed. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, meet every use case, or achieve specific speeds or streaming outcomes.

This disclaimer does not affect your statutory consumer rights in the UK.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, NOOR IT SERVICES LIMITED is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from use or inability to use the service.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid to NoorVPN in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation).

We are not liable for third-party platform blocks, cryptocurrency exchange rate movements, or user failure to secure account credentials.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NOOR IT SERVICES LIMITED against reasonable claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service, except where caused by our intent or negligence.

You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion via privacy@noorvpn.com. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud, abuse, or legal requirement. Upon termination, your right to use the software and network ceases; provisions that by nature should survive (payment obligations accrued, liability limits, governing law, dispute resolution) remain in effect.

Termination does not automatically refund unused prepaid time except where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes with business users where permitted.

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protection, you may also benefit from non-waivable rights and local dispute mechanisms in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on noorvpn.com and, where we hold your email, notified at least 14 days before they take effect unless urgent legal or security reasons require sooner. The date at the top indicates the current version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
