NoorVPN is operated by NOOR IT SERVICES LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16083731). We do not use contact forms — write an email or join Discord so your request is logged and routed to the right team. Response times are listed below.
How to reach us (no contact form)
Email is the official channel for billing disputes, privacy requests, legal correspondence, and account recovery. Discord is best for community help and quick setup questions. We read every message; include the details listed in “What to include in support tickets” to avoid delays.
We do not operate a phone support line or walk-in office. Postal mail to our registered address is accepted for formal legal notices — see the company section below.
Discord (community and quick help)
Best for setup questions, general VPN tips, beta announcements, and talking to other NoorVPN users: discord.gg/noorvpn. Open the support channel, state your platform (Windows, Linux, or iPhone) and what you already tried. Moderators help when available; Discord is not a guaranteed SLA for billing or locked accounts.
Never share your 6-digit PIN, full account number, recovery codes, WireGuard exports, or crypto payment proofs in public channels.
General and technical support
Use for account access, app bugs, connection drops, slow speeds, device limits, recovery after lost keys (with invoice ID), and installation problems. We reply Monday to Friday, typically within 24 hours UK time. Urgent security issues affecting multiple users may be prioritised sooner.

Billing and subscriptions
Invoices, plan upgrades, failed or stuck crypto payments, refund requests where applicable, referral payout questions, and payment-limit issues (maximum three open payments). You can change or cancel plans in Dashboard → Billing. Supported coins include BTC, ETH, TRX, USDT, LTC, SOL, and additional currencies shown at checkout.
Response time: Monday to Friday, typically within 24–48 hours. Include your invoice ID and transaction hash for payment investigations.
Privacy and data protection
GDPR and UK GDPR access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection requests. We respond within 30 days unless the request is complex. Describe your account number (if you still have it) and the specific right you wish to exercise. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Legal and compliance
Terms of service questions, law-enforcement guidelines (limited to data we actually hold), contractual notices, intellectual property claims, and formal legal correspondence. For registered post, use the company address below and mark the envelope “Legal — NoorVPN”.
Press, affiliates, and partnerships
Media enquiries, review unit requests, affiliate applications, and business partnerships. Include your publication or organisation, audience, and proposed timeline. We do not offer phone briefings; email is preferred.
What to include in support tickets
Account and access: Last four characters of your account number (never the full key in email unless absolutely necessary for recovery), invoice ID for recovery cases, and whether Turnstile completed successfully at login.
Technical issues: Windows version (e.g. Windows 11 23H2), NoorVPN app version from Settings → About, selected server region, protocol (WireGuard or OpenVPN), exact error message, and steps to reproduce. Note if antivirus or another VPN is installed.
Billing: Invoice ID, cryptocurrency and network used, transaction hash, and screenshot of checkout amount if payment is stuck pending.
Attachments should avoid exposing your full WireGuard private key. Redact sensitive fields when possible.

Discord: Community-driven; no SLA. Often minutes to hours when moderators are online.
