The website noorvpn.com, the NoorVPN client applications, customer dashboard, payment infrastructure and VPN network are provided by NOOR IT SERVICES LIMITED, trading as NoorVPN.
NoorVPN is a consumer VPN product focused on strict No Log privacy, WireGuard encryption, crypto-only billing and anonymous account-key authentication. We do not require an email address to register.

NOOR IT SERVICES LIMITED is responsible for editorial content on noorvpn.com, including product descriptions, help articles, legal policies and marketing pages, unless otherwise stated. User-generated content in our Discord community is the responsibility of the respective authors; we moderate channels but do not pre-approve every message.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration boards but will review formal complaints sent to legal@noorvpn.com.
UK consumers may also refer disputes to applicable UK consumer protection authorities. Our governing terms are set out in the Terms of Service.
