Getting started
Download NoorVPN for Windows from Dashboard → Downloads, create an account on noorvpn.com, set your 6-digit PIN, pick a server, and click Connect. First connection usually takes under five minutes on home broadband. Enable Auto-Connect and Kill Switch in app settings for everyday protection.
Linux and iPhone clients are marked Soon in the dashboard. Until they ship, Windows plus optional WireGuard export covers most desktop use cases. See our Installation Guide for firewall, uninstall, and WireGuard details.
Account number and keys
Your NoorVPN identity is a random account number (NOORVPN-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX), not an email address. You receive it once at registration. Store it offline — we cannot resend it because we do not collect email at signup.
The 6-digit PIN protects access to the app and dashboard on devices where you are logged in. Reset PIN from the app under Account Settings (requires email verification if you added an email later) or contact support@noorvpn.com if you are locked out.
Never share your full account number, PIN, or WireGuard export in Discord, forums, or with unofficial “support” accounts. NoorVPN staff will never ask for your PIN in public channels.
Account recovery
If you lose your account number, use Dashboard → Recovery (or the recovery flow on the login screen). Submit the invoice ID from a completed crypto payment tied to your account. We match the payment reference and issue a new account key. Without a prior paid invoice, recovery is not possible by design — this protects anonymous accounts from takeover.
Save PDF or screenshot copies of payment confirmations and invoice IDs when you pay. Recovery requests are handled by support@noorvpn.com within one business day when automatic matching fails.
Dashboard overview
The web dashboard at noorvpn.com (after login with account number + PIN) shows subscription status, remaining days, connected devices, download links, WireGuard export, billing history, and referral earnings. Tabs include Overview, Downloads, Devices, Billing, Payments, and Referrals.
Open payments appear under Billing → Payments with countdown timers until they expire. Completed payments extend your plan automatically once the blockchain confirms. If a payment stays pending, check the transaction on the correct network before opening a ticket.
Devices (up to 3 simultaneous connections)
Every plan includes up to three simultaneous device connections. Each Windows install, manual WireGuard import, or future mobile client counts toward that limit when actively connected.
Remove old hardware under Dashboard → Devices to free slots. If you hit the limit, the newest connection attempt may fail until you disconnect or de-register an unused device. Device labels are optional and only visible to you in the dashboard.
Crypto payments and billing
Subscriptions are prepaid: 30 days at €3.50/month equivalent, 3 months at €9.99, 6 months at €19.99 (best value). We accept cryptocurrency only — BTC, ETH, TRX, USDT, LTC, SOL, and additional coins shown at checkout via our payment processor.
Send the exact amount on the correct network (e.g. USDT on TRC20 vs ERC20). Underpayments delay activation; wrong-network sends may be unrecoverable. Payment confirmation time depends on blockchain confirmations, typically minutes but occasionally longer during congestion.
Billing questions and invoice copies: billing@noorvpn.com. Cancel anytime under Dashboard → Billing; access continues until the paid period ends.
Maximum 3 open payments
You can have at most three pending (unpaid or awaiting confirmation) payment sessions at once. This limit prevents checkout spam and keeps exchange rates stable. If you see “You can have at most 3 open payments”, either complete one of the pending invoices, wait for an expired session to clear, or cancel an unused payment from the dashboard.
Pending payments expire automatically after the timer shown at checkout. Once expired, the slot frees up for a new payment without contacting support.
Refunds
Crypto subscriptions are generally non-refundable once activated, except where mandatory under UK consumer law or where we explicitly agree in writing. Contact billing@noorvpn.com with your invoice ID and reason. Duplicate charges caused by our systems are corrected or credited. Chargeback abuse may result in account closure.

Referrals
Open Dashboard → Referrals to create your personal code and shareable link. You earn a commission on purchases made through your referral, tracked in the dashboard with pending and paid balances. Customize your code once your program is created.
Referral links use standard query parameters on noorvpn.com — share only your official link from the dashboard. Commissions apply to qualifying plan purchases; fraud, self-referral, or abuse may void earnings. Payout questions go to billing@noorvpn.com.
Cloudflare Turnstile (login and signup)
We use Cloudflare Turnstile on login and registration to block automated abuse. Complete the Turnstile checkbox or invisible challenge before submitting your account number or creating a new account. If the widget fails to load, disable strict ad blockers and privacy extensions on noorvpn.com, or try another browser.
Turnstile verifies you are human; it is not used to track browsing inside the VPN tunnel. See our Privacy Policy for how we process website data.
Privacy and No Logs
NoorVPN operates a strict No Log VPN: no browsing history, DNS queries, session timestamps, or source IP storage tied to your account. Traffic uses AES-256-GCM over WireGuard (default) or OpenVPN on restrictive networks.

Kill switch
Kill Switch blocks all internet traffic if the VPN tunnel drops unexpectedly, preventing accidental exposure of your real IP. Enable it in NoorVPN → Settings on Windows. When active, apps cannot reach the internet until the tunnel reconnects or you disconnect manually.
If Kill Switch leaves you offline after a crash, quit and relaunch NoorVPN or reboot Windows. Manual WireGuard users must configure their client’s kill switch separately — the NoorVPN app kill switch does not apply to third-party WireGuard imports.
DNS leak protection
DNS leak protection routes resolver queries through the VPN tunnel so your ISP cannot see which domains you look up. It is enabled by default in the Windows app. After connecting, run a DNS leak test in your browser to confirm all resolvers show NoorVPN infrastructure.
If leaks appear, ensure you are not running a second VPN, disable manual DNS overrides in Windows network adapter settings while testing, and reconnect. Persistent leaks on a specific network may require switching to OpenVPN TCP — see connection troubleshooting below.
Streaming (Netflix, Disney+, etc.)
Connect to the VPN region that matches the content library you want before opening the streaming app or signing in. Streaming platforms actively block VPN IP ranges; not every server works with every service every day.
If you receive a proxy error, try another server in the same country, clear the streaming app cache, or use WireGuard for lower latency. We do not guarantee streaming compatibility — it depends on third-party platform rules — but EU and US locations are maintained for general access.
Connection issues — step-by-step
1. Check status.noorvpn.cc for outages or maintenance before debugging locally.
2. Switch server region (try EU locations first, then North America).
3. Toggle WireGuard vs OpenVPN in app settings.
4. Disable other VPNs, proxies, or browser VPN extensions temporarily.
5. Allow NoorVPN through Windows Firewall and antivirus.
6. Restart the app and your device.

Service status
Live uptime, incident history, and maintenance windows are published at status.noorvpn.cc. Subscribe to email or RSS updates there before reporting regional outages. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least 24 hours in advance when possible.
Discord community
Join Discord for release notes, setup tips, and discussion with other users. Post in the support channel with your platform and a short description of the issue. Moderators reply when online — often faster than email for simple questions.
Do not share PIN, recovery codes, WireGuard configs, or payment proofs in public channels. For billing, legal, or locked-account issues, use email.
